City centre stock has fallen, mainly due to developers purchasing older stock and converting it to residential and hotel uses.

The city centre has been transformed over the last 15 years and has a strong retail offer with a vacancy rate of just 5.4%.

Liverpool is a strategically significant location for industrial occupiers. Its state-of the-art technology and good connectivity have enabled it to become one of the UK’s key ports and a UK distribution hub.
