Bruce Dodd is a Director in the Valuation and Professional Services Department of Avison Young – Ireland and provides a range of valuations, strategic consultancy and advisory services, landlord and tenant instructions and compulsory purchase advices. An RICS Registered Valuer, he has over 20 years’ experience in the provision of valuations to institutional, public sector and private clients on individual properties and portfolios for formal lending, financial reporting, strategic restructuring, acquisitions, disposal of surplus properties and litigation. He represents clients in rent reviews, lease renewals, lease restructuring cases for all property types and has acted as an Independent Valuer in a range of third party disputes and an expert witness in submissions to arbitrators, independent experts, mediators and court.
