Carolyn joined the team in 2019 after completing her Master's in Real Estate. Since then, she has worked within the CPO and Infrastructure department, playing an active role in handling valuation instructions for acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, as well as providing general valuation advice.

Carolyn has been actively involved throughout the CPO process—from land referencing to acquisitions—and has contributed to a wide range of major infrastructure projects throughout Ireland and parts of Scotland. These include motorways, road improvement schemes, greenways, gas pipelines, ESB power lines, water and wastewater schemes, town regeneration projects, as well as light rail and national bus schemes. She is also engaged in the acquisition of lands and wayleaves for large-scale renewable energy projects across the country.

Carolyn is currently an Associate Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors.
