Hannah Maile is an Associate on Avison Young’s Capital Markets team in West Los Angeles, specializing in multifamily development, investment sales, and institutional-grade transactions. Working alongside one of the firm’s top-producing teams, she plays a key role in crafting high-impact marketing strategies, engaging with ultra-high-net-worth investors, and executing complex deals with precision and creativity.

Known for her ability to blend strategic thinking with a dynamic, modern approach to real estate, Hannah supports every stage of the deal lifecycle—from asset positioning and investor outreach to final negotiations. She has worked closely with some of the most influential players in real estate, hospitality, and finance, bringing both analytical rigor and fresh perspective to each assignment.

Outside of her transactional work, Hannah is an active community builder and mentor. She is the founder of the West Hollywood Run Club, a 200-member fitness and networking group that has partnered with brands like Adidas, HOKA, and Lululemon. She is also a frequent speaker on professional development for student-athletes and was selected for Avison Young’s Capstone Cohort and Tim O’Brien’s Rainmaker University, two programs designed to elevate the next generation of industry leaders.

Originally from Woodbridge, Virginia, Hannah is a former Division 1 rower and graduate of the University of Miami, where she earned her B.B.A. in Real Estate with minors in Business Law and Architecture. She fully funded her education through over 100 merit-based scholarships and began her real estate journey early, interning at Avison Young throughout college and high school.
