Jill Basowski is the Operations and Marketing Manager for Avison Young’s Los Angeles North, West Los Angeles, and Corona offices. She oversees the day-to-day administrative, marketing, and operational functions across all three locations, supporting regional leadership and brokerage teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality in service delivery.

With over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Jill brings a broad skill set in office operations, marketing coordination, and team support. She joined Avison Young in 2011 and has since supported the execution of regional marketing initiatives, onboarding and training efforts, and operational planning across multiple service lines.

Jill’s background includes 13 years at Ramsey-Shilling Commercial Real Estate, where she served as an executive assistant and gained experience supporting brokers, managing transactions, and coordinating office functions. She studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Pasadena City College.

In addition to her role at Avison Young, Jill organizes the firm’s Los Angeles Day of Giving efforts, coordinating volunteer events with local nonprofit partners. She is also actively involved in her community and has served for over a decade as President of Parents of Welby Way Inc., a nonprofit supporting public education through fundraising and events.
