Julie Harding joined Avison Young in late 2024 as the Global Lease Administration Director with the Occupier Services team. Julie brings over 25 years of xpertise in lease administration, real estate management, and strategic business development to this role. Most recently, she served as Head of Portfolio & Asset Management at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she led global programs focused on governance, lease administration, and property management. Julie’s initiatives at AWS drove operational efficiency and technology advancements, resulting in a 70% increase in workflow efficiency across the AWS portfolio.

Prior to AWS, Julie held key leadership roles at Newmark, where she managed the Microsoft account and played a critical role in expanding client relationships and driving business development efforts that led to significant revenue growth. Her experience also includes senior management roles at Boeing (15 years) and Trammell Crow, where she developed real estate systems, implemented compliance strategies, and oversaw complex lease and transaction management projects.

Julie’s proven ability to lead large teams, streamline processes, and enhance client satisfaction, along with her in-depth knowledge of lease management, makes her a valuable asset to our team.
