Currently serving as the Director of Property Management for Georgia and South Carolina. In this role, she is responsible for driving the strategic direction of our Real Estate Management Services (REMS) platform in Atlanta and South Carolina, aiming to expand our property management portfolio by optimizing our teams’ performance, utilizing our technology stack, and focusing on delivering customized support to best fit the needs of our clients.

Previously, she served as an Operations Director for the Southeast Region with a large global commercial real estate firm. In this role, she was responsible for the oversight of property transitions, managing new business, and supporting new technology platforms. Additionally, she led training sessions in various markets on Operating Expense Theory, Financial Literacy, Lease Interpretation, and Certificate of Insurance.

As an Associate Director, her portfolio consisted of 1 million square feet of office with senior oversight responsibilities for 9 million square feet of office, industrial, data center and retail. Oversight included financial management, tenant relations, property value enhancement, certifications, and repositioning.
