Keaton joined Avison Young in 2021. From site acquisition to development and asset sales, Keaton has contributed to projects ranging from $300 thousand to over $65 million, including 25 ground-up development projects and numerous industrial, land, retail, and office sales and leases.

He specializes in analyzing demographic, political, and market data to support property positioning, market entry strategies, and investment opportunities for clients ranging from private investors to institutional firms. His marketing expertise lies in developing comprehensive marketing materials and targeted advertising strategies that maximize property exposure, enhance media quality, and accelerate speed to market throughout the asset lifecycle.

He is an alumnus of the UNG Mike Cottrell College of Business where he received his Bachelors of Science in business administration and is a licensed real estate professional.
