Nicky is a Director within our service charge consultancy team who has worked with clients as diverse as NHS Trusts, RBS, Birmingham City University and DLA Piper UK LLP.

She works nationally to provide in-depth examination of cost of services supplied by the landlord to the client as occupier; review and analysis of service charge lease terms; forensic accounting analysis of service charge budgets and benchmarking against internal and external data.

Nicky is passionate about best practice and encourages landlords to observe RICS standards; providing occupier clients with information that enables them to appropriately evaluate the costs of service provision and identify capability for recovery of charges.
