Rhys Cartwright joined Avison Young as a Market Intelligence Coordinator in 2021 for the office division shortly before transitioning into a client-facing role to work alongside top office producer, Glenn Gardner. In 2024, Rhys was appointed Avison Young’s Emerging Leader ambassador and achieved Avison Young Vancouver’s Rookie-of-the-Year award in 2024. 

Rhys’ professionalism, work ethic and reliability quickly earned respect from clients and among Principals in Avison Young’s Vancouver office. Rhys specializes in tenant and landlord representation assignments, where he services clients by providing expert guidance, responsive communication and strategy execution focused on delivering results to his clients.
