Sandra Upson joined Avison Young in March 2025, prior she was Associate Vice President in Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation and Advisory practice with significant experience valuing institutional grade real estate assets including multi-unit residential, industrial, boutique office and development land, as well as leading consulting and market rent studies. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Sandra was a research analyst at CBRE as well as worked in planning and economic development in northern British Columbia.

As a current Candidate Appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada, she is slated to be designated during Q1 2025 and has completed the educational requirements for the AACI designation through the University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business. Sandra also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in geography from Thompson Rivers University.
