Sharilyn Pettus is a Senior Property Manager in the Nashville office where she manages a portfolio of class A commercial office properties. Previously, she was Real Estate Manager of a premiere mixed-use facility comprised of office and retail space for CBRE and managed a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties for Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to her career in real estate management, Sharilyn was a Strategy Specialist for the state of Tennessee’s Real Estate Asset Management (STREAM) Division. She brings over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate property management within the Nashville market.
