Stuart has over 20 years PPP advisory experience, including secondments to the public sector. Stuart recently joined Avison Young as head of Regeneration. Stuart brings over 20 years’ experience of regeneration and economic development.

Previously, Stuart led PwC’s regeneration business, delivering deals to help make places better and revitalise communities. Stuart has led commercial and financial advice to many major regeneration and economic development projects, often delivered in complex stakeholder environments.
