New London office instructions for Avison Young’s Real Estate Management team
30 November 2020Avison Young has been appointed by Pure Data Centres Group Ltd (PDC Group) and The Wellcome Trust on two office assets in Brent Cross and Euston Road respectively.
The currently occupied 50,000 sq ft office block near Brent Cross has been acquired by PDC Group Services Ltd along with an adjacent warehouse for future conversion into a data centre. Avison Young’s experienced real estate management team, led by Sharon French, will manage the asset and its three occupiers.
The instruction on a 70,000 sq ft office space at 210 Euston Road on behalf of The Wellcome Trust, an independent foundation, will see Avison Young manage the building including its lower ground floor gym, as well as provide management accounting expertise to Wellcome.
