Avison Young recruits global workplace leader Sarah-Jane Osborne as Head of Workplace UK and Europe
11 July 2022Strategic real estate advisor Avison Young has announced Sarah-Jane Osborne has joined as Principal and Head of Workplace, UK and Europe, to help it meet significantly increased demand from occupiers to navigate workplace impact from recent market disruptions.
Joining from Arcadis, where she championed the development of its workscape capability, Sarah-Jane is one of the world’s leading workplace experts, with an established career in award-winning workplace strategy, commercial interior design, architecture and project delivery.
Sarah has worked with a host of public, private and third sector organisations, including leading professional service and legal firms, for which she has pioneered people-first workplace strategies and advised on the real estate impact of prospective organisational shifts and restructures.
Drawing on over 30 years of experience in the sector, Sarah-Jane’s unparalleled ability to analyse complex organisational challenges and identify opportunities, translates into human-centric property strategies and solutions that add real value to clients’ businesses and deliver tangible benefits to their people.
Sarah-Jane will be working closely with James Porter, Principal and Managing Director of Occupier Solutions, and the wider national team to further develop Avison Young’s corporate occupiers service, helping to drive and embed new ways of working through integrated, intelligent real estate solutions supported by new technologies. Globally, Sarah-Jane will be promoting cross-border insights in conjunction with Keith Knox, Principal and President of Occupier Services, and Sheila Botting, Principal and President, Americas Professional Services.
