Avison Young won the brief to lead a large-scale review of Birmingham City Council’s (BCC) Commercial Investment Property Portfolio in 2020. It has since had the mandate of acquiring new investments and driving value from BCC’s existing portfolio to be invested into its core services and serving the local community.

Recent successes include the off market purchase of Parade/Newhall Walk Retail Park in Sutton Coldfield and the acquisition of prime office space 9 Colmore Row in Birmingham’s central business district - all driving attention and interest in further deals.
