Avison Young Announces appointment by the House of Commons
10 July 2023Strategic real estate advisor Avison Young today announces that, following a competitive tender, it has been selected by The House of Commons to provide property and estate management professional services across the Parliamentary Estate as part of a multi-year award under the CCS framework.
Avison Young will bring its expertise in multi-disciplinary property professional services to this prestigious mandate, providing a full range of call-off services across the Parliamentary Estate.
Services will include commercial real estate advice, property business cases, feasibility studies, acquisitions and disposals, rent reviews, lease advice, dilapidations, rating, valuation, planning, CPO and condition surveys.
