• Global real estate firm Avison Young today announces senior external hire Andy Ingram, who joins in the role of Director, as the latest addition to the London Markets team, specialising in occupier advisory.

A Chartered Surveyor with nine years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, Andy Ingram brings extensive experience of the central London office market. He has predominantly advised occupiers in the City Fringe and West End markets – two key sub-markets where Avison Young sees potential in growing their offering. 

Ingram will be a part of the Occupier Advisory team within London Markets working closely with his colleagues in the Investment, Leasing and Flexible Offices teams. The appointment builds on Avison Young’s intention to invest in its people and expertise, with the London Markets team continuing its focus to grow across the Capital. Ingram will focus on advising companies with their occupational strategies, including office acquisition, lease renewals and liability mitigation processes.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Ingram worked at Anton Page, where he joined in December 2017 to head the Tenant Representation arm of the business. His responsibilities included leveraging and maintaining existing relationships, pitching for new business and working across a number of transactions simultaneously. He began his career at Morgan Pryce Ltd in September 2014.
