Preparation of two outline planning applications, within the context of a single Masterplan, for up to 850 dwellings on land comprising the former Cape Hill Brewery and which straddled the boundary between Sandwell MBC and Birmingham CC. The development retained the site’s former fire station, cenotaph and other valued buildings, and secured the future use of the former Bass M&B Sports and Social Club as the home of Warwickshire CCC’s Academy and second XI squads.
