Advising Capital&Centric on their plans for a distinctive 275 bed hotel close to Piccadilly Station.

The Leonardo has been designed to feature a striking design, with greenery adorning the exterior of the building. It would also include extensive public areas, with a restaurant and bar spilling out on to a new public square. 
Planning permission was granted in September 2019.
