Acted for Royal London Asset Management in successfully promoting the 26ha site’s release from the Green Belt and subsequent allocation for housing, offices, hotel and associated uses in the Cheshire East Local Plan Strategy. We also formulated a Development Framework and Masterplan as a prelude to planning applications to realise the mixed-use development of this strategic site, which we have subsequently acted on.
