Achieved a hybrid planning permission on behalf of St Ann’s Hospice, comprising full planning permission to develop a 50,000 sqft hospice facility on an undeveloped site next to the existing hospice, which is within the Cheadle Royal Conservation Area; and outline planning permission for a residential scheme of up to 40 homes on the site of the current hospice, to fund the construction of the new facility.
