Avison Young secured planning permission in 2019 for the comprehensive redevelopment of the site providing 306 (66 affordable) new dwellings and 125,000 sqft of Grade A office floorspace with BREEAM outstanding certification. Since then, Avison Young has coordinated the discharge of all pre-commencement planning conditions, advised Section 106 matters as well as managing a Section 73 application, along with several non-material amendments.
