Following the securing of consent for a new city bus station with BDP, Avison Young successfully project managed a multi-disciplinary team through the preparation and submission of a hybrid planning application process for Kings Quarter and Kings Square, Gloucester City Centre with AHR for Gloucester City Council. The project comprises a holistic site masterplan for a revitalised public square, residential units, new multi-storey car park, creative hub, retail and leisure uses and public realm. We have now secured full permission for scheme amendments working with the appointed development partner Reef for the site.
