Working with SimpsonHaugh Architects we helped prepare the masterplan and context for the regeneration and redevelopment of key plots within the Knott Mill area of Manchester City Centre to deliver more than 124,000 sqft of commercial space and 154 apartments within conversions and several vacant or under-used plots. The draft Masterplan was endorsed by Manchester City Council in July 2019.
