Advising Capital&Centric on its proposals for a new 230 home development in Rochdale Town Centre, comprising of its new Nowhaus housing typology, two new apartment buildings, a new park, and significant public realm improvements. A separate planning application for new infrastructure and enabling works is to be submitted in June 2021 ahead of a full planning application for the development in Summer 2021.
