Promoted the North Lancaster Strategic Site through the Lancaster Local Plan process and secured a strategic residential allocation for 700 houses with associated infrastructure including a primary school, local centre and 2ha of employment land, in the Local Plan adopted in September 2020.

Subsequently led on the production of a comprehensive masterplan for the strategic allocation, and prepared the first phase planning application for residential, extra care and local centre uses.
