Avison Young successfully co-ordinated the preparation and submission of the applications for planning permission and listed building consent to deliver 44 dwellings including affordable homes, internal and external refurbishment of all retained buildings and full reinstatement and landscaping of the southern lawn. Subsequently, Avison Young provided advice on amendments, conditions, CIL and s106 obligations associated with the consent to facilitate the delivery of the development.
