Avison Young have been advising the client on this large brownfield former whisky distillery site with close links to Glasgow city centre for several years.

Planning permission in principle was achieved for a housing-led (circa 600 units) mixed-use development (including hotel) and detailed consent for enabling works. Avison Young continue to advise the client on planning-related matters, and a detailed application for a residential-led phase of the development is anticipated to be submitted shortly.
