Andrew Jackson brings more than 35 years of commercial real estate industry experience to Avison Young, most recently as a partner with NRS. He began his career with Weatherall Green & Smith, now BNP Paribas Real Estate. He rose through the ranks to become a partner. In 1995, he became a founding partner of Holley Blake, now CBRE, before joining NRS as a partner in 2003. Andrew’s specialties are distribution and development markets.

This has seen Europe’s largest industrial letting of 2.94 million sq ft to Jaguar Land Rover and 574,793 sq ft being sold to DSV.

In London, Andrew has advised Wrenbridge on the acquisition and marketing of 25 acres of land for industrial development in Rainham and Savills Investment Management on the acquisition and marketing of 35 acres in Belvedere.

Panattoni Park, Aylesford

Advising on the acquisition and marketing of 120 acres for up to 1.9 million sq ft of industrial development.

Honda, Swindon

Acquisition and marketing of a 370 acre site on behalf of Panattoni.
