Andrew graduated with a BSc Hons in Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University in 2022. Following university Andrew joined Avison Young’s graduate scheme in September 2022, going on to complete rotations in Market Intelligence, Commercial Valuation, Compulsory Purchase Order and Occupier Solutions where he current sits.

Since joining Occupier Solutions, Andrew has covered the EMEA and APAC regions and has worked on projects in 25 different countries within his first year in the team. Andrew’s work includes providing relocation strategies, financial modelling, commute and location analysis, market reviews and surveys and strategic real estate consultancy.

Alongside working at Avison Young, Andrew has a keen interest in journalism and media. At university he co-founded The Student Property Monthly, which had an audience of over 60,000, providing insights to students during the pandemic. Since then he has authored articles for The Green Chronicle, the sister paper to The Property Chronicle, aimed at young professionals.
