Chris is an Associate Director in Avison Young’s National Industrial and Distribution team. 

Chris has over 6 years’ experience in the industrial sector having qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2019. Originally based in the Midlands at FHP Property Consultants where he was involved in a number of notable industrial transactions including; A £6.8m sale on behalf of Schroders to Surescreen Diagnostics at Sherwood Business Park and a £40 million funding deal between Wilson Bowden & Urban Logistics REIT to provide over 250,000ft of space to the East Midlands. 

A strong history of performance featuring in EGi Radius top 10 most active dealmakers for lettings and sales of industrial space in both 2021 & 2022 with over 50 transactions each year and a combined 1.4 million sq. ft. of space transacted across the two years (EGi Radius data). 

Having joined Avison Young in 2022, Chris is now focused on mid-box and big-box warehouse space as well as development land in the South East & London. Working alongside Andrew Jackson, John Allan, Sam Vyas & Saffron Harding in the London office.
