His knowledge of the market and regional characteristics has helped organizations and individuals locally and nationally achieve their goals as well as achieve efficiency and cost savings with their real estate. Clients have included real estate businesses that need to fulfill financial obligations regarding land allocation and land lease to the state; businesses/individuals borrowing from banks that need to determine the value of mortgaged assets.

Before joining Avison Young, Dinh Mai was a Senior Specialist of the Valuation and Collateral Management Center, formerly in the Risk Management Division at Bao Viet Commercial Joint Stock Bank, a bank under Bao Viet Group. At the Center for Valuation and Management of Collateral Assets, Dinh Mai is assigned to handle complex, high-value cases that require skills and experience in the actual and legal status of the assets.
