Jacqueline Fermin joined Avison Young as an Associate Director and is responsible for the financial and operational functions of assigned Florida properties. She collaborates with the Florida Director of Real Estate Management Services in supervising and sharing best practices with her teams. She also acts as liaison to property owners, tenants, and contractors.

As former Director of Operations for a private equity firm in North Palm Beach, Jacqueline focused on all operational aspects for their medical office portfolio throughout the Southeast. She also led and mentored the property management teams and assisted with leasing for the state of Florida.

Jacqueline has held roles as Associate Director 2019-2022 for Broward, and Palm Beach counties at one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the country where she assisted with leading and managing approximately 6.3 million sf of office, industrial and retail assets. Prior to this role, she worked as Director of Property Management for medical office properties for a group based out of Nashville, TN from 2010-2019. She was responsible for managing and mentoring the team for over 1.2 million sf throughout the state of Florida.

Jacqueline served as President for Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Ft. Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches 2016-2018, Vice President 2013-2015, TOBY Co-Chair 2015. She won BOMA Outstanding Member of the Year Award 2012-2013; Property Manager of the Year Award 2015-2016 as well as 3 TOBY Outstanding Medical Office Building Awards 2012, 2013, 2014 with a Regional TOBY award in 2015.
