James Biggs joined Avison Young in 2019 in the Hotels and Leisure team, based in London. He has a strong background in analytics and financials having completed a General Engineering degree and a Master’s in Finance and Investment at Bristol University. James blends his innate understanding of the hospitality industry with real estate fundamentals to deliver for clients.

James advises on hotel acquisitions, disposals, and deal structuring across the UK and Europe, working with domestic and international clients, corporate and independent owners, purchasers, investors and lenders, within the hotel sector.
