Jewell joined Avison Young as an associate broker specializing in industrial real estate within the Carolina market. Her
role encompasses a broad spectrum of real estate services, spanning tenant and landlord representation, as well as
the strategic acquisition and disposition of industrial assets.

Prior to Avison Young, Jewell worked in tech sales where she engaged with software users to align their goals and
needs with the most suitable software use cases. She holds a business degree from Auburn University.

Having grown up in Charlotte, Jewell possesses an innate understanding of local submarkets and harbors a profound
passion for the future of the city’s real estate landscape.
