Lucy is an Associate Director in the Midlands Land and Development team based in Birmingham which forms part of Place Transactional. Lucy joined the company in 2016 and works in the team alongside other residential sector specialists. Lucy’s instructions typically involve agency instructions including the disposal and acquisition of residential land and buildings, together with market testing and development appraisal work. Lucy’s experience includes brownfield and greenfield, new build and conversion and she has a particular interest in pursuing site searches and strategic land opportunities, where Lucy has a strong track record of working alongside other consultants throughout the development process.
