Before joining Avison Young, Patrick earned a Bachelors of Management from Dalhousie University, where he balanced academic’s with athletics as a member of the Canadian Sailing Team.

Patrick began his career in the tech sector, gaining invaluable insights into industry dynamics that he now leverages to provide tailored real estate solutions for his clients. His passion for commercial real estate was sparked during a 2018 internship at Greenwood Lane in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he gained hands-on experience and developed a strong foundation in the field.
