Peyton began his real estate career at The Price Agency, Realty Executives in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he worked closely with developers and investors, facilitating high-value transactions, including a multi-million dollar off-market property. His hands-on experience in residential real estate, design, and development has given him a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Information, Peyton combines academic knowledge with practical experience to drive growth in the competitive real estate market. While in college, he founded his own company, refining his strategic planning and team management skills.

Peyton is also an enrolled member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, drawing from a rich cultural heritage to foster strong community and client relationships. In his spare time, he is actively involved in his church, enjoys offshore fishing, Tennessee lakes, and snowboarding.
