Thomas Forr is the Director of Data, Analytics, and Innovation at Avison Young in Canada. He joined Avison Young in October 2020 and in his role, Thomas is responsible for shaping and leading the data, analytics, visualization, and digital strategy across Canada. He is deeply involved in client engagements and guiding stakeholders on new business and opportunities in the market using Avison Young’s proprietary digital data-based tools.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Thomas spent nine years at JLL as Director of Research where he developed and implemented industry-leading research and deep market analysis which served as the foundation for brokers and clients’ commercial real estate decisions.

Thomas holds a bachelor’s in business systems from Bond University, Australia and a Master of Business in Operations and Supply Chain Management from University of Technology, Sydney, Australia.
