Stewart is Regional Managing Director for Edinburgh and Head of the Scottish Land and Development Team. 

He has over 25 years' experience and advises a range of private and public sector clients on the acquisition, disposal and development of buildings and land, both commercial and residential. He was involved from inception to completion in Quartermile, recognised as one of the most successful mixed-use regeneration schemes in Scotland, including the delivery of 500,000 sq ft of office space.
