Unit 6 The Mall, Luton

Location

Luton is a large town within Bedfordshire in the south east of England. The Mall is situated within the town centre and the unit is on the north east side of the mall. Luton is well connected by air, road and rail with Luton airport close by and the M1 running next to the town. Central London is approximately 35 miles away, or 30 minutes by train. The Mall is approximately 1 million sq. ft of space and sees around 18 million visitors per year. In 2021 a new Lidl store opened, and Primark was extended and numerous other national stores were opened, as well as a selection of independent stores. Throughout the year, The Mall holds numerous events and incentives to encourage new footfall into the shopping centre. Nearby occupiers include H&M, Boots, Primark, New Look, Lloyds Bank, JD Sports, Three and Poundland.
