Tunbridge Wells is a town in the county of Kent, England. There is a population of approximately 115,300 people according to the 2021 Census. The site is located to the south of the Sainsbury's Supermarket at Linen Park Road, off the A26 a 15minute walk from the train station and town centre. Access will be granted from Broadwater Lane. The area consists of a mix of commercial and residential properties. The site itself is currently used for staff car parking for the Sainsbury's. Tunbridge Wells is serviced with the A21 which connects to the junction where the M25 meets the M26. The A26 runs through the town centre which runs from Tonbridge to Maresfield.
