Orion is situated on Logic Leeds, a large scale industrial development primarily dating from the 2010’s, close to the older Cross Green Industrial Estate, and more recent developments along the A63. There is a large mass of industrial and warehouse space within the Leeds area. Neighbouring occupiers are varied, including Premier Farnell, John Lewis and multiple Amazon units. It is a prime location within the Leeds. There is a Park and Ride, and a service station close by, and a motorway service area on the adjacent motorway junction. One junction to the north is The Springs Retail Park and other amenities around Thorpe Park.
