The highly prominent 3 storey corner building located on the corner of Ann Street and Church Lane within Belfast’s prime shopping region, directly adjacent to the Victoria Square shopping centre, has been sold to a private investor for an undisclosed sum. The building benefitted from being fully let to 2 local tenants generating a rent roll of £75,000 pax.
