Lucy joined the Land and Development Team at Avison Young in 2022 from Cushman & Wakefield having qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in November 2019. During Lucy's career to date, she has gained experience in the commercial valuation and rating teams before moving permanently to the residential team.  

Lucy’s residential experience includes valuation, viability and disposals. Lucy has worked on the disposal of a wide range of residential assets at Avison Young, including greenfield and brownfield land, and pre-existing buildings with potential for conversion or redevelopment. She has undertaken viability assessments for large-scale development sites on behalf of developers and is also a Registered Valuer. Her clients have included local authorities, government bodies, local and national developers and funders.
