Avison Young strengthens leadership with new head of Valuation in London

Global real estate firm Avison Young UK today announces the appointment of Kristian Williams as Head of their London Valuation team.

With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kristian brings a wealth of expertise in the commercial real estate sector, providing valuation advice across all asset classes.

Kristian has been with Avison Young since the start of his career, quickly advancing from Associate to Director within the Professional Advisory division. He specialises in advising financial institutions and both private and public sector clients, primarily for loan security purposes but also for financial reporting, taxation, acquisition and disposals.

A Chartered Surveyor (RICS and HypZert (MLV) qualified), Kristian has worked with clients including Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield UK, Private Landed Estates, Guy’s and St Thomas’ Foundation, Sloane Stanley Estate, and major lenders like Coutts, Lloyds Banking Group, NatWest, HSBC, Barclays, Santander, Aviva, Aareal AG Bank, Deutsche Bank AG and Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG.

As Head of the London Valuation team, Kristian will continue to lead and grow the team of experts in delivering a range of valuation services, to an established client base but also developing opportunities and relationships in a fast changing technological and regulatory environment.
