Dominic has an extensive track record in the acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate throughout central London and advises owners on existing commercial investments and also on large scale commercial development and forward funding.

Dominic joined Avison Young’s London Business as a Principal in 2021 to help grow Avison Young's Central London Investment business, working across the City and West End of London.  Prior to that Dominic was a Director at Colliers for 18 years, heading up their West End Investment team from 2012, and then establishing and Heading up their City Investment team in 2018.

Dominic’s clients range from UK funds and Institutions including Legal & General and Aviva, overseas Corporations such as Mitsubishi Estate and NTT, and UK and International private investment companies.

Sale of refurbished and multi let, freehold offices and data centre in prime Shoreditch, on behalf of Legal & General for £112.5m. Sold to European fund.

130 Wood Street, London EC2

Acquisition of freehold offices situated between Bank and St Pauls. Represented Japanese investor NTT with an off market purchase for £55m.

20 St Andrew Street, London EC4

Sale of freehold, multi let office building on behalf of AXA IM. The newly developed office building opposite Goldman Sach’s new European headquarters was sold for £73.8m to a client of the National Bank of Kuwait.

119-121 Cannon Street, EC4

Sale on a freehold office and retail building situated opposite Cannon Street Station. Sold on behalf of a private Middle Eastern investor to Riverside Capital for £48m. Previously acted on the acquisition of this property for the vendor.

16-18 New Bridge Street, London EC4

Sale of a freehold, multi leased office and retail property close to Blackfriars Station, on behalf of a private investor for £20m.

10 Gough Square, London EC4

Sale of a part vacant and part leased, freehold office building for £10m on behalf of private clients. Purchased by an owner occupier.

Sale of a vacant, long leasehold office building close to Tottenham Court Road Crossrail Station, on behalf of Legal & General. Sold to a private buyer for £17.5m.

Ampersand, 111-125 Oxford Street, London W1

Advised Hong Kong based investor Peterson, on the forward funding of this prime Oxford Street retail and office building. Purchased from developer Resolution for a total commitment of £115m.

Clive House, 70 Petty France, London SW1

Represented Japanese developer Mitsubishi Estate in the acquisition of a government leased office building for £90m.
