Lewis joined Avison Young in 2014 and qualified with the RICS in 2016.

His experience includes advising NatWest Group on their national disposal programme for five years, comprising both freehold and leasehold interests. More recently Lewis has been advising other occupier clients such as Argos, on their leasehold disposal programme – the portfolio comprises a mix of High Street, Shopping Centre, and Retail Park locations. Other key occupier clients include Boots and Boots Opticians, and Sainsbury’s.

Lewis also advises a number of landlords letting retail space and disposing of freehold interests. Notable clients include City of London Corporation, London Borough of Enfield, Quadrant Estates, Wandsworth Council, and Westminster City Council.
